Hello from Keith and Della's American friends!  We did not use an ATM in Shanghai and only used a credit card on Disney property.  We were told from Opening Crew Cast Members that the ATM's on Disney property were safe to use.  I can picture one on the way back to the restrooms across from the Lego ...
